Assembly Services

In support of our  thermoplastic injection molding services, we also offer assembly and sourcing services. Our experience is from screwing 2 parts together on the simple side to a fully automated line with shaker bowls/ orientaters with 4 station ultrasonic welding and in line packaging.  We can develop custom assembly solutions that include sourcing of parts, and in-house assembly. Fully automated options are also available. All of our assembly services are performed on-site, and are subject to the same stringent quality standards as the rest of our manufacturing capabilities. Our facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Our stringent quality management system is based on these principles. We can perform a wide range of testing and inspection procedures, or develop a custom plan to meet your particular quality requirements.
